National Guard Association of Arkansas President, Major Seana W. Eason and the Board of Directors, are proud to announce that Colonel Damon N. Cluck has been selected to fill the role of Executive Director of the Association. COL Cluck will serve in a part time capacity until his separation from the AGR program next spring.

COL Cluck is a native of Piggott, AR. He holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Arkansas State University, a Juris Doctorate from Cecile C. Humphrey’s School of Law at the University of Memphis, and a Master of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College.

He currently resides in Sherwood, AR with his wife, LTC (ret) Brenda Cluck, their daughter Annabel, and their sons Aiden and Hayden. COL Cluck is a member of the Sylvan Hills church of Christ in Sherwood. COL Cluck serves as the Assistant Scout Master, Troop 259, Pinnacle District, Quapaw Area Council, Boy Scouts of America. COL Cluck is a life member of the National Guard Association of Arkansas (NGAA) and the National Guard Association of the United States (NGAUS). He is a past president of both the NGAA and the Arkansas National Guard Foundation. He has served on numerous boards and committee assignments during his officer career and most recently served as the Treasurer of the Arkansas National Guard Museum, Inc.

COL Cluck enlisted in Battery C, 5th Battalion, 206th Field Artillery at Harrisburg, Arkansas in 1989 while attending Arkansas State University. He was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the Field Artillery Branch, from the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) at ASU in May 1990. He was promoted to the rank of Colonel in January 2015. COL Cluck currently serves as the Director of Military Support/J3 for the Arkansas National Guard.
