Conference Exhibition - 2012
Dear Partner in Industry:
We want to extend an invitation to you and your organization to participate in the 59th General Conference and Exhibition of the National Guard Association of Arkansas. The interaction between our members and our partners in industry is invaluable, and it is very important that our members learn of the products and services that are designed to help us accomplish our mission. We forecast an attendance in excess of 350 members and guests at this conference that is scheduled April 20th through 22nd, 2012, at the Springdale Holiday Inn and Northwest Arkansas Convention Center, Springdale, Arkansas.
As an exhibitor, you will have an opportunity to interact with key leaders and members of our organization during the conference and at scheduled social functions. Our membership represents units to include the 39th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, 142nd Fires Brigade, 77th Aviation Brigade, 87th Troop Command, 188th Fighter Wing (A-10), 189th Airlift Wing (C-130), 233rd Regional Training Institute and numerous other Air and Army Guard units. Arkansas is also fortunate to have two large training areas at Camp Robinson and Fort Chaffee. As you can see, Arkansas is home to a wide spectrum of units.
Another approach popular with our exhibitors is an entry level corporate membership in our association ($1,000 annually) which not only provides free exhibit space at the conference and advertising in our conference program but numerous additional benefits as well. These include, but at not limited to, complimentary seating and special recognition at the conference military banquet and free admission to all other conference activities except the annual golf tournament. You will be included in sponsor listings for our annual Partners in Patriotism golf tournament and on the association website.
