The National Guard Association of Arkansas (NGAA) corporate offices are located in Building 8100, 8th Street and Arkansas Avenue, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, Arkansas. Although NGAA and the Enlisted Association of the Arkansas National Guard (EAANG) are separate organizations, both have offices in Building 8100 along with the NGAA insurance department and the Auxiliary to the National Guard Association of Arkansas (ANGAA).

NGAA employs a five-person staff, three full time and two part time employees. Hours of operation are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The EAANG and ANGAA do not have a full or part time staff at this time.

In compliance with the NGAA bylaws, the board of directors meets quarterly. Meetings are generally held in the corporate conference room at 5:00 p.m. on dates determined throughout the year. Normally, prior to those meetings, the NGAA insurance trusts board convenes. Please contact the NGAA office if you wish to attend any of these meetings.

Additionally, as directed by NGAA bylaws, the association convenes in general conference each year, usually in the month of April. The 2011 conference will meet in Hot Springs, Arkansas, April 8th through 10th.
